Does Mythic even freaking care anymore?

- The last few sets of focus questions and answers (especially those ignoring the classes with no TL's at the time they were answered) have been just plain silly, useless, and time consuming with little to no effective result.

So many players are blatantly cheating in game now that it's sickening. Hell I killed a scout perched on the ramparts (the wooden dragon curlicues ) of the wall so he was able to look down onto the top of Arvakr's CK's roof and kill with impunity. Had I not been out on the walls killing (on my hunter) with impunity, I'd not have caught him.
Folks on roof were dying by the handful and couldn't figure out why. (they couldn't see or target him)
So I walked up under him and shot him CS PB PB PB - he started to jump from wall so he wouldn't be logged dead way up top (too late- CSR's were watching already) and a RF that killed him as he jumped. I ROFL'd him on ground. First time I've done this to someone, but it had to be done. THen I did a /slit and CSR said- He's gone. Thank you for playing...etc etc...

About ten minutes later a keen came headhunting for me. Ran through twelve mids to come kill me. Sucker still died. I was camo'd and stealthed- but he came right at me. Casting.

Later I caught same keen by bridge and 3 hit him to almost dead (no life showing and he was bleeding), and he popped back to other side of bridge- ROFL'd me and while rofl'n slid away at speed 7- while regening. Before he hit clip (in about 2 sec) his health was back to 50%.

Didn't see him again that night though (as it was after 3 am- mommy must have caught him and pulled his plug.)

Had a theurgist slide all the way into mid PK in Thid other day- kill three bots and pop back out to lakeside. Guards and Caster guards never reacted.

Yep- blatant cheating- a good sign folks think game's dead and dying = they just don't care. Some of these folks are RR12 too, so they are really writing off long term investments.

And we keep getting crap Focus questions ONCE a MONTH from Mythic? I'm not shooting the messengers, but freaking HELL is the state of the game support that bad that they can't afford to face reality and have to keep faking interest with softball questions?
Hell these Focus questions are almost as bad as the Friday night grab bag questions- after this many years, they know the problems. The TL's and players have done feedback on them for years and years and years. They have the data.
But they just now want to act like it's important? RIGHT.
Origins was and I still feel- Vaporware/smoke and mirrors- bait and switch.

I'm sorry to say, but I think you TL's are now facing an ugly reality- you're just the buffer between Mythic and the remaining players. There to catch the flying crap that's duly aimed at Mythic and deservedly so.

DAoC is being ran by a skeleton crew. Majority of the orig DAoC devs are working on WAR. it is the "backups" doing the DAoC stuff.

Standard business practice. DAoC is what 6-7 years old now? I would be surprised if they still have a team of 15 on the project. That is including CSRs

About The hp-regen... He probably used CZ, I sure used it alot on my old mainthane (have it active, the pow-to-hp), and if in a though fight, pop Champ-HoT(healing and power-healing that helps heal even more threough the CZ), and together with (back then) my omni proccing shield, I could stay at 50% for a quite some time.

The only kind of cheating I've seen the last year, is the wall/floor openings that people use to flee with. Else I've had an "natural" explanation (well except for Bards catching up, even if running with red skaldspeed and sprinting) for extraordinary wins/flights. Ah, and the lag-casting ofc, but not that much of a problem for a thane, now and then, able to DH those laggers sometimes is quite fun.

I am actually amazed they do as much as they do for DAoC given the game's age.
